In the future

I wish that  I am working with linguistics, communication, user experience, teaching, training, or human resources in one way or another. 

I enjoy planning, coordinating, and developing things so it would be great to do those at times. I want my future job to be a bit more creative than just maintaining spreadsheets or storing information into a tool.

I can imagine starting in a junior position to learn something new and to learn a new company/organizational culture, but to thrive I would like to grow and develop into a position with more challenges and responsibility.

Some achievements

  • Combining and harmonizing a number of medium-sized customer documentation projects into one: Planning the new information architecture, driving the planning project, monitoring and guidance of the implementation. 
  • Project management of a fairly large (> 4 million €, approx. 40 000 PDF pages) customer documentation project with sub-projects in various countries.
  • Participation in the integration of two companies (after acquisition of a new company) as a representative of the customer documentation project. Focus on processes and working practices.
  • Establishing quality work in the customer documentation organization and organizing quality trainings
  • Participation in the ramp-up of a new local organization in another country.
  • Finnish-English translation of several books (geography, history)
